Terms of service
Last updated · 11 July 2026
These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of MultApp. By creating an account or using the service you agree to be bound by them; if you do not agree, please do not use MultApp.
The service
MultApp lets sports teams and similar groups record internal, recreational fines, track who has paid, and keep a shared history. Fines created in MultApp are a private arrangement between the members of a team: they are not legally enforceable debts, and MultApp is not a party to them. MultApp does not process payments; the payment details shown in the app are shortcuts for members to settle up through external services (such as Bizum, Venmo or PayPal), each governed by its own terms.
Your account
You must be at least 16 years old to use MultApp. You agree to provide accurate information when creating your account, to keep your credentials confidential and to let us know if you suspect any unauthorised use. You are responsible for all activity that happens under your account.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use MultApp to harass, bully, defame or humiliate anyone; to publish unlawful, hateful or infringing content; to impersonate another person; to access other teams' data without authorisation; or to interfere with, overload or disrupt the service. Treasurers and coaches are responsible for the fines, rules and comments they publish in their teams. We may remove content that breaches these terms.
Your content
You retain all rights to the content you publish on MultApp — fines, rules, comments and reactions. You grant MultApp a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, reproduce and display that content, solely to operate the service and show it to the members of your team. The licence ends when the content or your account is deleted, except for the anonymised records described in the Privacy Policy.
Our intellectual property
The MultApp name, logo, design and software belong to the MultApp project or its licensors. These terms do not grant you any rights over them beyond what you need to use the service; you may not copy, modify, decompile or resell any part of it except where the law allows.
Fees
MultApp is currently offered free of charge. If we ever introduce paid features, we will announce them clearly in advance, and no feature you already use will become paid without your express agreement.
Availability
MultApp is provided “as is” and “as available”. We work to keep the service running and your data safe, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, and we may modify, suspend or discontinue features — giving reasonable notice whenever feasible. We recommend keeping your own record of any amounts that matter to your team.
Termination
You may stop using MultApp and delete your account at any time from your profile page; deletion works as described in the Privacy Policy. We may suspend or close accounts that materially breach these terms, harm other users or break applicable law; where reasonable, we will warn you first.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MultApp is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, loss of data or loss of profits arising from your use of — or inability to use — the service, nor for disputes between team members over fines or payments. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for wilful misconduct or gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be limited by law, including your mandatory rights as a consumer.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the service evolves. If a change is material, we will announce it in the app reasonably in advance; if you keep using MultApp after it takes effect, the new terms will apply to you. If you do not agree with a change, you can delete your account before it takes effect.
Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute is subject to the courts of the city of Madrid, except where mandatory consumer-protection rules entitle you to bring proceedings before the courts of your place of residence. If any provision of these terms is found invalid, the rest will remain in full force.
