These terms govern your use of MultApp. By creating an account you accept them.
Your account
You must be at least 16 years old to use MultApp. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secret and for everything that happens under your account.
Acceptable use
Don't use MultApp to harass, defame or shame other users, to upload unlawful content, or to break the service. Team treasurers are responsible for the fines and comments they publish.
Your content
You keep all rights on the fines, rules, comments and reactions you publish. You grant MultApp a limited licence to store and display them to other members of your team.
Availability
MultApp is offered "as is". We do our best to keep it up, but we can't guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Scheduled maintenance may take the app offline from time to time.
Termination
You can delete your account at any time from your profile page. We can suspend or close accounts that break these terms or applicable law.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MultApp is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits liability for wilful misconduct or gross negligence.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Madrid, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection you enjoy in your country of residence.
